Pillar Commercial Projects

Pillar Commercial Projects — website by LBD StudiosPillar Commercial Projects — website by LBD StudiosThe first word on the site is PLAN. We took it as a brief.
Pillar Commercial Projects

Pillar delivers retail, hospitality, pharmacy and workplace environments nationwide — Telstra stores from Chadstone to Coomera, SABA and JAG fitouts, a pharmacy inside Town Hall Station. Registered practitioners, Master Builders members, and a delivery record that runs from a live Melbourne laneway to Bondi Beach.

The category's websites all look like the hoarding around the job — busy, generic, interchangeable. Pillar's actual difference is method: they plan, they deliver into live trading environments, and the national brands keep coming back.

The site makes the company sound like itself rather than the category. It opens on a single word — PLAN — and follows it with the evidence. No stock imagery, no capability adjectives. A statement, a grid, a way to get in touch.

Website

pillarcp.com.au

Web

A one-word opening statement, a tight navigation, and a masonry project grid that carries the argument: completed fitouts across five states, each tagged by sector and place. The grid does what a capability deck usually tries to — client roster, geographic reach and sector spread in one scroll.

Voice

The language was pared back to match the method: sector names instead of slogans, project facts instead of claims. Where the industry writes about excellence, Pillar's site names the job, the sector and the suburb, and moves on. Credentials sit in the footer where a procurement manager will look for them.

Live at pillarcp.com.au, presenting a national fitout record across five states.
